This cuff is made from a nice soft Black cow leather.

The cuff wraps around and through itself and then you can adjust it to fit with the 2 buckles

the cuff measures 3" wide at the widest point and the overall length when laid flat is 20"
This cuff is adjustable and will fit from 7" wrist up to 8.5"
